Watts & Associates is a full-service real estate team with 37 years of experience and our goal is to provide you with white glove service through the process of selling or buying your home in the South Bay and Palos Verdes. As a team, we take pride in the integrity, confidentiality, enthusiasm, and thorough communication that we offer our clients.

We specialize in increasing the value of homes before selling through custom home improvement projects that position a home to maximize current market value and attract the attention of today’s buyer, selling homes faster and netting our clients greater profit in the sale of their home. Our in-house marketing manager uses cutting edge technology to achieve maximum exposure for each of our listings.
